Surely the point should be, is Ruddy better than Krul and Forster because its not how many good keepers you’ve got, but have you got the best keeper you can get?
But besides that, why would Ruddy transfer to us from Everton? Surely, he’d be closer to the head of the queue at Goodison than at SJP?
No, I agree with the writer – it sounds like rubbish. But then – who WAS Hughton watching?……
