I’m a life long fan of the mighty/dicey Newcastle United, I try to bring you the news for the mighty NUFC too, with no nonsense headlines and an in-depth look at the real facts and figures. It is my aim to bring you a neat and simple interface in which to browse, free from spam, pop-up adverts and other cyberspace annoyances. We all hope for a good future under Alan Pardew and a successful 2011/12 Barclay’s Premier League campaign.

Although Newcastle United were relegated, Chris Hughton, a gentleman took the club right back to the Premier League in the same year, recording an historic 102 points in the process, the most impressive of any team/manager thus far. Mike Ashley, unfortunately sacked Hughton in December 2010, stating that NUFC were looking for “a more experienced manager”. We will never forget Chris, and his selfless contribution to Newcastle United. He brought an air of confidence, modesty and success about him, something that we hope new manager Alan Pardew can continue as he takes over from late December onwards. Whoever manages Newcastle, plays for Newcastle or does anything for Newcastle, we’ll be right behind them. The fans will be right behind them in the hope that we keep our Premier League status come May of 2011. Support the lads and I’m sure they’ll return the favour.
